Me nervous? Yes - just prior to my first ever recording session. I imagined lots of false starts, mistakes and recuts. Most of all - egad - what would my voice sound like in studio quality? I felt ok standing up and belting out songs in front of 200 people with a band behind me. But in the studio, I felt naked, metaphorically speaking. Tibor's relaxed and focused approach put my mind at ease, somewhat. After a nod and a smile, I stood up to the mic and sung my songs once. Tibor gave them a listen. We had a quick chat about tonality, reverb, a touch of echo, here and there. Then I got up and sung my songs as best I could. Job done! Tibor took the tracks away and a few days later - hey presto, he'd transformed my input into the finished article. I was amazed at the richness and depth of sound he engineered. My friends tell me the recordings are great, and since, lots of strangers have given me the thumbs up too. I cannot recommend Tibor highly enough.
Tibor did a fantastic work on my song. Even though it wasn't easy for him as it was a long distanced project, he's been able to understand the vibes I wanted to put into the song.
